Sary Chakra is a lifelong Charlottean, small business owner, and community advocate running for City Council in District 6. Born and raised in Charlotte, Sary has built his career in real estate and construction, working to grow the city and maintain its vital infrastructure. He knows the challenges facing working families and local businesses because he has lived them, from job sites and neighborhood boards to small business meetings. Sary and his wife, Hannah, are proud to call District 6 their home, where they are committed to building a future rooted in faith, family, and service. In addition to his professional work, Sary is active in organizations that strengthen South Charlotte and champion animal rescue efforts across the Carolinas.
